 Happy Birthday, Teddy! 

Today we spent the day getting ready to head to Kansas City for our flight tomorrow. Teddy helped me drop off the dogs at Laurie and Lynn's. We got the house ready to go and then headed south.

We stopped at Arby's on the way out of town and started the trek south 2 hours to our hotel. We arrived about 9:00, so once we arrived we put on a movie (The Grinch Who Stole Christmas) to settle down and then it was bedtime! Unfortunately, they didn't fall asleep until about 11 so we knew we'd have some tired boys in the morning!

Mom, Dad and Drew started driving today. They drove about 18 hours and made it to southern Georgia! They'll be there to pick us up at the airport in the morning!

 Unfortunately it is our day to leave the condo. Due to impending weather Mom and Dad will be leaving from dropping us off to head north.  We slept in a bit and finished packing in the morning. The boys and Mom found that the duck was laying on some eggs and found an additional egg by the electrical box.   When checking in for the airport it said to arrive 3 hours early due to heavier travel volumes so we left after Dad's meeting at around 10:45.  We were able to get right through security without any lines! However, once we arrived we learned that our flight had been delayed by 3 hours and was now scheduled to go at 5:00.  We found a Ruby Tuesday and sat for lunch.  Teddy's cough was starting to get better, but he would get a really bad spurt and almost puke. We figured out that suckers helped suppress the cough so we were feeding him suckers like it was his job. We left Ruby Tuesday's at 3:00 and headed to our gate.
